How It All Began
Susan is a highly qualified pastry chef and has exhibited at The International Salon Culinaire in London, one of the most prestigious culinary competitions in the world. Susan has also catered for the late Prince Philip, Sterling Moss and Dave Gilmour of Pink Floyd amongst others. Andrew has worked in prestigious restaurants and hotels in Chester and the home counties, as well as London. Both Andrew and Susan have a passion for great food and service and so after many years working in hotels and restaurants. So it was time to take the plunge and set up on their own.
Based in Llanllwni the two chefs, who also own The Belle freehold, take pride in reimagining the way people enjoy and experience food. Setting an ambitious standard for cuisine with ever-evolving menus in a relaxed atmosphere, our guests have opportunity to taste the bold and unique flavours that come from years of training and experience.
